Stephen and Judy Markwick opened this new venture in the summer of 2004.


Traditional Bistro food is served in a contemporary setting.


Take-Away food is also available.


The Bistro seats 30, and the small courtyard garden (2 tables only), is ideal  for pre-dinner drinks (weather permitting!)

 
The Bistro menu changes weekly, using local seasonal produce, organic where possible.

NEW:  We now offer a fixed price lunch menu in addition to the a la carte menu.
 

Some items from the menu are offered 'to take away'- for example, Provençal Fish Soup, Coq au Vin, Spiced Lamb with aubergines, all in single portions. For small dinner parties however, customers are encouraged to pre-order, and bring in their own dishes to be filled, so all they have to do is pop it into the oven!

There are weekly lists of 'TAKE AWAY FOOD FROM THE FREEZER' and 'FROM THE FRIDGE' (click on 'Food For Home' above).

The
Bistro is open for LUNCH:             Thursday to Saturday        12 noon  -  2.00 pm.

                                    DINNER:            Thursday to Saturday         6.30pm  -  9.30 pm.

The Take-away
Food for Home           Thursday to Saturday        11.00am - 11.00 pm.
